Subscribe to our Google Calendar with Outlook 2007

You can subscribe to our West SMB Event calendar posted on Google. An Internet Calendar Subscription keeps your Outlook updated with our shared Google Calendar. Outlook periodically checks the Google Calendar for updates, and if any are found, they are downloaded to the calendar copy in Outlook.

1.       In Outlook, on the Tools menu, click Account Settings.

2.       On the Internet Calendars tab, click New.

3.       Copy and Paste:  webcal://www.google.com/calendar/ical/events@go2cisco.com/private-134f4bdad5e9717b27939711127f3312/basic.ics

4.       Click Add.

5.       In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar (i.e… Events West SMB Team) as you want it to appear in Outlook, and then click OK.
